Retracting an offer after signing the inspection report may result in penalties. Please make sure to ask all necessary questions before signing or agreeing.
3.4 How will I be notified if I receive a counteroffer?
You will receive a notification via email or through your account dashboard if you receive a counteroffer on your bid.

Once you sign the inspection report, it serves as confirmation of your acceptance of the vehicle's condition. This step is crucial before proceeding with the purchase.

If the car has damages, they will be documented in the inspection report.
5.1 When will I receive my invoice?
Invoices are typically issued directly after you’ve signed an inspection report/deal with us. You should receive your invoice via email within 1 business day after purchasing a vehicle.
5.2 When and how do I make payment for the vehicle?
Payment for the vehicle is due within 48 hours after you’ve received the invoice. You can make payment through the payment methods provided in your invoice.
5.3 How will I know when you've received my payment?
Once we receive your payment, you will receive a confirmation email or notification. Additionally, your account dashboard may be updated to reflect the payment status.
6.1 How do I arrange transportation for my order?
You can arrange transportation for your order through Carclick's transport service or your preferred transportation provider. Please contact our team for assistance in arranging transportation.
